Yotam is THE rising star you ought to see. Guitarist, composer, and outstanding progeny of bebop, Yotam has established himself as one of the best young jazz musicians in New York.

His career has officially started while he was 21 - at Umbria Jazz Festival, one of the most renowned music festivals in Italy, where he released a critically acclaimed debut album and set out on an extensive tour of Europe.

He's studying, performing and composing in New York since 2005. In the same year, he was a finalist in Thelonious Monk International Jazz Guitar Competition, and in 2009, a critic from the very famous Blue Note Records stated that Yotam is "forging his own path with skills and style."A rare compliment indeed.

As artistically gifted as he is technically proficient, Silberstein is featured on a wide variety of critically acclaimed releases including "Resonance" and "Brasil" on the Jazz Legacy Productions label, John Patittuci's new trio album "Irmaos De Fe" and Monty Alexander's Grammy-nominated "Harlem-Kingston Express Live!" among countless others.

Yotam has earned his place among the jazz elite by collaborating with such luminaries as James Moody, The Heath Brothers, Roy Hargrove, George Coleman, David Sanborn, Marcus Miller, Paquito D'rivera, Christian McBride, John Patittuci, and with the international stars as well - Dee Dee Bridgewater, Al Jarreau, or Dr. Billy Taylor, to name a few.

Now, as a guest of famous Reduta Jazz Club, voted by The Guardian magazine as one of the top 10 jazz clubs in Europe, Yotam is going to show his skills to the Prague audience. We are sure that his dynamic style will astonish everyone around.
