Gilad Atzmon is a superb, charismatic jazz saxophonist, a sovereign musical personality with a stunning improvisational ability, the hardest working player in British jazz. With his unmistakable tone, influenced by Charlie Parker and John Coltrane among others, he rocks jazz audiences with his boisterous style. After various escapades in his life, he eventually settled in voluntary "exile" in London, where he is one of the most sought-after jazz musicians as a saxophone player. He now lives in Athens. He has played and recorded with, among others, Pink Floyd, Paul McCartney, Robbie Williams, Sinead O'Connor, Robert Wyatt and The Water Boys! The whole Quartet is accompanied by top jazz players, bottom line - a treat evening at REDUTA club for all lovers of extremely high quality jazz.
